Quite simply, this Booster is designed for those who love the complexity, dryness and lingering finish of wines that have been aged in oak barrels.

Oakie Dokie uses 3 different toasting levels of both French and American premium large oak chips. The different chips in our special blend all contribute different aroma, flavours, and tannins to the final profile. This is the same oak used in the production of wine barrels and for consistent results have been strained to remove smaller particles. 

We did more than a year of research and trials to achieve the best tasting blends and to make it easy!

IT'S SO EASY!
Just add at the start of primary fermentation and don't let it sit more than 2 weeks. It's that simple. (And yes you can still add the oak that comes with your kit.)
