MADE WITH NIAGARA GRAPES

Most Canadian producers are quite small and that's why it's so rare for us to be able to offer a 100% Canadian wine. The Niagara region of Ontario produces world class Merlot and there couldn't be a more timely release for this extremely fortunate and rare opportunity. 

Niagara Merlot shines with flavours of blackberry and cherry, intertwined with notes of sweet spice, soft vanilla, and velvety tannins. 

Rich flavours but smooth due to modest acidity. This is because Niagara has long growing seasons and the moderating influences of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie allow the grapes to develop rich fruit expression while the grapes have time to fully ripen.
