A blend of Berliner Brett 1 (Brettanomyces anomalus) and Berliner Brett 2 (Brettanomyces bruxellensis) for balanced, subtle Brett character in traditional Berliner Weisse and beyond. Flavour profile includes citrus, white wine, and peach.
