Beer Recipe Kit - Dutch Lager Partial Mash
Due to seasonal availability, hops and grains may be substituted if necessary.
If whole or crushed option is not defined, it will be defaulted to crushed.
Typified by Heineken, Dutch lagers are light in colour with more hop character than Canadian Lagers and lighter in body than all malt German Pilsners. Bitterness is moderate but hop aroma is evident, floral, and clean. Cold storage will help crisp it up.
