Beer Recipe Kit - Bock Partial Mash
Due to seasonal availability, hops and grains may be substituted if necessary.
If whole or crushed option is not defined, it will be defaulted to crushed.
Bock means “goat” in German. The style “Bock” originated in Einbeck centuries ago. It has evolved into a clean, dark malty lager of considerable warmth and alcoholic strength. (6% or more.) Just enough hop bitterness to avoid cloying, this strong beer should be aged for maximum enjoyment. Serve cool.
