Wyeast Czech Pilsner 2278
Originating from the home of great Pilsners in the Czech Republic, this classic strain will finish dry and malty. It is the perfect choice for Bohemian-style Pilsners. Sulfur produced during fermentation can be reduced with warmer fermentation temperatures 58°F (14°C) and will dissipate with conditioning.

Alcohol Tolerance: 9% ABV
Liquid yeast makes awesome beer! We carry W/Yeast liquid yeast in 175 ml “smack packs”. These are good for minimum 6 months to from the date of manufacturing. It is Highly Recommended to activate and allow the pack to swell prior to pitching. Failure to allow yeast to properly activate will often result in contamination.
