The pride of Italy’s Tuscany region, this blend is famous for its full, dry character and elegant flavours of cherries and blackberries. This popular wine is lighter in body than some of it’s fuller bodied counterparts but also more accessible as an everyday wine because of it. Sturdy, fruity, with tangy undertones and a slight spiciness. Tastes good young but a little aging can uncover its complex depth of flavour.
Once again a great red to compliment lots of tomato based Italian foods and often a red we just like to drink on its own!Type: Red | Sweetness: Dry | Body: Light-Medium | Oak Intensity: Medium
