Rich in tannins, our California Cabernet Sauvignon produces a deep, full-bodied wine with intense aroma and flavour. Hints of red and black fruit, black currant, light spice with a nice lingering finish from the oak and tannin.
A robust wine, perfect with red meat or wild game. A great candidate for cellaring as Cabernet usually does better with a little bit of age. At least 6 months for best results.
