This is a carefully formulated blend of French and American oak, toasted to 3 different levels. It adds a richer, bolder, barrel aged complexity to all Red Wines (and Chardonnays). An easy way to make your wine taste more like commercial wines, with an even bolder oak flavour than Oakie Dokie Classic.

Add Oakie Dokie BOLD (plus kit supplied oak) at the start of primary fermentation. Leave no more than 2 weeks.
