**NEW** NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC — A classic racy and flavourful New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with gentle aromas of fresh cut grass with gooseberry, asparagus, passion fruit, melon and citrus notes. Many of these aromas are carried through to the palate. Please enjoy this refreshing wine young. Fabulous with goat cheese, asparagus, summer salads and chicken with fresh herbs and lemon. BRITISH COLUMBIA CHARDONNAY — Plenty of ripe fruit both on the nose and on the palate such as fresh peach, pear and apple nicely accented by refreshing lemon and lime and a sprinkle of spice. Oak and vanilla undertones add subtle complexity without masking the fruit-forward bouquet and flavours. An excellent choice for roasted chicken, gourmet white pizza, firm medium flavoured cheeses and grilled fish steaks. Includes premium American oak.
 
GERMAN GEWÜRZTRAMINER Perfume notes of floral and spice are very typical of this varietal with plenty of tropical fruit on the palate. The touch of sweetness in the wine marries well with Asian dishes, spicy and Cajun flavoured fish and chicken, also try with salty appetizers. **NEW** NEW ZEALAND PINOT NOIR — An elegant, medium bodied red wine with good structure and understated tannins. Look for raspberry, sour cherry, red plum and smoky notes on the nose and a fabulously round finish. BRITISH COLUMBIA MERLOT — This wine is soft and mellow, offering concentrated aromas of plums and black currants. Ripe cherry and berry flavours linger on the palate followed by a warm smooth oak finish. Best served with red meats and red sauce pastas. Also try with mild blue-veined cheeses and 2 year old Canadian cheddar. Includes premium American toasted oak.
 
ITALIAN AMARONE — Almost black in colour and a nose of spice, tar and dried berries. Rich flavours of dried fruit and prunes typical of wines made from dried grapes. Robust pastas, braised meats and hearty beef stews pair well with this smooth wine. Includes premium Hungarian oak.
