Beer Yeasts at Noble Grape

Beer Yeasts

Great for dry hopping and finishing. If you are using them during the boil, strain them out on the way to the fermentor.

Dry Yeast
  • Danstar Nottingham Ale - 11 gram
  • Coopers Ale - 7 gram
  • SAF Lager - 11.5 gram (authentic dry lager yeast strain. Capable of cold fermentation)

Liquid Yeasts from Wyeast
We carry liquid yeast in 175 ml "smack packs". These are good for 1 year from the date of manufacturing but must be activated prior to pitching. Failure to allow yeast to properly activate prior to using may result in contamination. The following yeasts are carried as regular stock items. W/yeast strains not listed can be special ordered upon request.
